Overpriced hotel
The hotel has a good location very close to Fisherman's Bastion and old Buda Castle. However, only this I can share as positive thing for this place for accommodation.
The hotel is overpriced. The rooms are very small, the air-conditioning system is old and although it was set to low, actually we were very hot. The toilet is also very small with low sailings. But what really pissed me off was the hotel's policy for parking. In the description of the hotel it says that there is an underground parking and it is charged for 25 EUR per day. However, I asked to use not the underground parking. but the parking outside the hotel. They charged me to pay 20 EUR per day, although they say that they do not guarantee any damage to your car. 20 EUR per day is extremely unjustified price for the parking given that the hotel is quite away from the city center. I would suggest booking.com to make stricter rules for description of the rules for usage of the parking for every property be with bigger font size and bold in order the guests to easily understand what they will be charged.

It is a good hotel, but it need improvements, especially with the staff.
Very good location, the room was very nice and clean, also modern.
The bathroom is a bit too small. The staff wasn’t very friendly, especially at the restaurant. At breakfast, although there were spare tables, they didn’t clean them after guest were leaving, so we, as a family of three, didn’t have space. We had to ask several employees to clean a table for us. The restaurant has very few options for dinner. They charged us more than the prices indicated in the menu. The door locker had a problem and it didn’t open until multiple trying. The cleaning staff that we asked for help didn’t speak English at all.
